WHITELISTING HOLLEE

To ensure you receive your books and bonuses, please follow the instructions below. (This is an important step to ensure you get my emails. I promise it isn’t as complicated as it might look – this page just includes instructions for most popular email apps.)

Apple Mail (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open your Mail app.

  2. Go to the Mailboxes screen.

  3. Select the Junk folder.

  4. Find the email from Hollee Mands and slide it left.

  5. Tap the More button.

  6. Tap the Mark button.

  7. Tap Mark as Not Junk.

 

Gmail

If you do not readily find an email from Hollee Mands:

  1. Open Gmail and go to your Spam folder.

  2. Open the email from Hollee Mands.

  3. Click on the "Not Spam" button.

 

To create a filter:

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select "See all settings".

  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

  4. Click "Create a new filter".

  5. Enter hollee@holleemands.com in the "From" field.

  6. Click "Create filter".

  7. Check "Never send it to Spam" and "Categorize as Primary".

  8. Click "Create filter".

 

Gmail Tabs

  1. Open your Promotions tab in Gmail.

  2. Find the email from Hollee Mands.

  3. Drag the email to the Primary tab.

  4. When prompted, select "Yes" to apply this to future emails.

 

Gmail Mobile App

  1. Open the Gmail app.

  2. Go to the Spam folder.

  3. Open the email from Hollee Mands.

  4. Tap the menu icon and select "Change labels".

  5. Check the box next to "Inbox".

  6. Tap "OK" to save.

 

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Go to your Spam folder.

  2. Open the email from Hollee Mands.

  3. Click "Not Spam".

  4. To create a filter:

    1. Click the gear icon and select "Settings".

    2. Click "Filters" and then "Add".

    3. Enter "Whitelist" in the Filter Name field.

    4. Enter hollee@holleemands.com in the "From" field.

    5. Select "Inbox" as the destination folder.

    6. Click "Save".

 

Outlook.com

  1. Open the email from Hollee Mands.

  2. Click "Wait, it's safe".

  3. To add to the Safe Senders list:

    1. Click the gear icon and select "Options".

    2. Under "Junk Email", click "Safe Senders".

    3. Enter hollee@holleemands.com and click "Add to list".

 

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Right-click the email in your inbox.

  2. Hover over "Junk".

  3. Click "Never Block Sender".

  4. To add to Contacts:

    1. Open the email.

    2. Right-click the sender's email address.

    3. Select "Add to Contacts".

 

AOL

  1. Go to your Spam folder.

  2. Right-click the email from Hollee Mands.

  3. Click "Not Spam".

  4. To add to Contacts:

    1. Open the email.

    2. Click the show details link next to Hollee Mands.

    3. Hover over or tap hollee@holleemands.com.

    4. Click "Add Contact".

 

Comcast

  1. Log into your Xfinity account.

  2. Go to your Spam folder.

  3. Open the email from Hollee Mands.

  4. Click the "Not Spam" icon.

  5. To add to the address book:

    1. Open the email.

    2. Click "+ Add to Address Book".

    3. Click "Save".

 

EarthLink

  1. Check the Suspect Email folder.

  2. If you find an email from Hollee Mands, select "Move to Inbox and Add Contact".

  3. To add to the Address Book:

    1. Open the email.

    2. Click "Add to Address Book".

    3. Verify the sender's details and click "Save".

 

AT&T

  1. Follow the Yahoo instructions for whitelisting an ATT.net email address.

 

Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird.

  2. Go to the Junk folder.

  3. Right-click the email from Hollee Mands.

  4. Click "Mark as Not Junk".

  5. To add to the Address Book:

    1. Click the Address Book button.

    2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted.

    3. Click the New Contact button.

    4. Enter hollee@holleemands.com in the email text box.

    5. Click "OK".

 

Norton AntiSpam

  1. Open your Norton product.

  2. Click "Settings".

  3. Depending on your Norton product:

    1. For Norton 360: Click "AntiSpam", then "Configure" under "Allowed List".

    2. For Norton Internet Security: Click "Message Protection", then "Configure" under "Allowed List".

  4. Add hollee@holleemands.com to the Allowed List.

 

McAfee Products

  1. Open McAfee and click on Web & Email Protection.

  2. Click on Anti-Spam.

  3. Click "Friends list".

  4. Add hollee@holleemands.com to your "Friends List".

 

Trend Micro

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

  2. Go to the Spam Mail folder.

  3. Select the email from Hollee Mands.

  4. Click "Approve Sender".

 

Spam Filters (e.g., Cloudmark, SaneBox, SpamAssassin, Barracuda)

  1. Add hollee@holleemands.com to your whitelist or allowed list as per the instructions for your specific spam filter.

 

General Advice

If hollee@holleemands.com is being filtered, try adding it to your Address Book or Contact list. If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder, contact your ISP or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist the email address.
